2.1. Damaged Artwork: If you receive artwork that is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer support at support@patialau.com . To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.2. Incorrect Artwork: If you receive artwork that is different from the piece you ordered, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receipt. You must provide your order number, a description of the discrepancy, and photographic evidence to support your claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a refund or exchange, depending on the availability of the correct artwork.

  1. Refund Process

If your request for a refund is approved based on the exceptions outlined in this Refund Policy, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  1. Shipping Costs

In cases where a refund or exchange is granted, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
